Not Agile = FrAgile.

In a world where flexibility and quick adaptability to situations is sought after, being non-agile is like working with 1980s technology in 2020 expecting that returns would be in line with efforts.

Gone are the days of maturity models. For bigger IT players and Fortune 500 companies, it fits in the best. Stable processes are needed to take care of mega projects. However mega projects dont happen overnight. What we are talking about is the new age projects where most of the outsourcing happens.
